What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy evaluates a client’s nutritional needs and make bio-individual recommendations that supports dietary, lifestyle, and supplemental changes. This is assessed on the following guidelines:
Personal health history
Food and mood journal analysis
HTMA lab testing
Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire
The practitioner will promote a nutrient dense diets that fits your goals and needs
We will focus on a foundational approach to bringing your body back to optimal health.

Do you accept Insurance?
HSA is accepted.
However, I don’t accept insurance, my services are all out of pocket.

How long are your protocols?
This is based on the client’s individual need and the amount of care they wish to have. I do have 3 month packages available upon request

What is HTMA?
This test represents the average rate of mineral and heavy metal accumulation deposit In the cells of your hair over a 2-3 month period.

How do I send in my hair sample?
I will send you Instructions on how to take a proper hair sample. *Best If you have someone to help you! Then you will send It in a pre-labeled envelope and off to the lab it goes!

What's the turn around time for results?
It typically takes 2-3 weeks to get results back. Once I receive it, you’ll get an email from me stating when you can set up your 90 min zoom call.
